O Scale (1:48) Pre-Cut Kits

This is a pre-cut KIT to make one O scale (1:48) Putz style house, NOT a finished item.

Refer back to my original sized kits for more pictures and a further description of each kit.

Create your own house with this pre-cut kit in O scale (1:48.) You can paint the house, paint the house and glitter it, glitter just parts of the house like the roof, use the kit pieces as a guide to cut out decorative paper that you can glue onto the house, or just leave the building white for a modern look.

Houses can be lit from within using an LED tea light or fairy lights (not included.) I offer two choices with the house kits – a hole in the bottom of the building to insert a light, or a hole in the back of the building like a traditional Putz House.

You can easily adapt any of the house kits to different holidays such as Halloween or Valentine’s Day with appropriate colors, accents and accessories.

Collect an entire village made by YOU! These look great on a mantle or as a village around the base of a tree. They make wonderful housewarming gifts or presents for every occasion. Check back often as I am constantly designing new buildings.

All House Kits Include:
* Pre-cut & scored white Kraft Board.  Kraft Board is equivalent in thickness to light chipboard or cereal boxes, but is of higher quality and stiffer. This board folds well and can be colored with markers, paint, paper, or texture paste.
* Pre-cut vellum.  There are several colors to choose from.
* Cardboard for base
* PDF Instructions on how to construct the house. PDF includes additional link to website with detailed photos, construction techniques, and design inspirations.

Some of the house kits come with pre-cut fence pieces or pre-cut trees.

These kits are sized to work well with houses made with O gauge train layouts. I cut each of them to order, so please allow an extra day or two for me to ship them.
