Below you will find all of the projects of the Great Halloween Spooktacular and the day they are scheduled. The pictures of the bonus items you receive with the VIP PASS at the bottom. With a free pass you will have 24 hours to download that day’s pattern and watch the instructional video.

This is my 2025 project – The MCM (Mid-Century Modern) Creepy
The MCM Creepy can be used as a luminary house in your village, or as a gift box that you can fill with treats. It is a beginner pattern, but I always like to add some new elements to my patterns. I designed the 2nd story so that it juts out over the 1st story – a design element I want to explore more. I also used a free AI generator to generate the pictures for the windows. I tell you where and how you can generate your own, as well as I include many scenes in the pattern folder that you can use for your house.
Below you will find 3 variations of the MCM Creepy, by myself and my 2 pattern testers. As you can see, variations of cardstock colors, scenes in windows, and landscaping can made a big difference on how your MCM can look.

Love the luminary box house from cottage in the forest.. The directions are clear but…. sometimes things are done off camera and not sure what pieces go where. Have to be more diligent in keeping things inside the frame of the picture at the bottom. Thanks for all of your great projects.
Judy, sorry about that! I was so careful to line everything up but then had to go grab some items and forgot to line it up carefully again. I am not used to filming video. I think if I did it more often I would probably be better at it. There are PDF instructions included in with the file that show you where everything should go after every step.
